Privacy, in plain language.
This notice explains the data practices of the GolfDaddy.ai marketing website operated by GolfDaddy Labs. It does not replace the app-specific disclosures that will accompany the public mobile release.
Effective and last updated: August 9, 2026
Who this notice covers
This notice applies when you visit golfdaddy.ai or contact GolfDaddy Labs using an address published on this site. “GolfDaddy Labs,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the publisher of the GolfDaddy AI website and app.
Information handled by this website
Hosting and security data
Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referring page, and security or diagnostic events. Provider retention and processing are controlled in part by the hosting service.
Information you send
If you email us, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to include. The email links on this site open your email service; this website does not currently operate an embedded signup form or create an account from those links.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
The current published site code does not load a third-party audience analytics tag, advertising pixel or behavioral advertising service. It also does not set a marketing cookie. If we add analytics or another optional tracking technology, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law before or when that technology is activated.
How information may be used
- Deliver, maintain, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- Reply to messages and provide requested beta or launch information.
- Understand abuse, failures and aggregate site performance using available hosting records.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms and protect users, GolfDaddy Labs and others.
When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that host, deliver, secure or support the website and email. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a lawful request, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not state that hosting logs are sold, and the current site code does not sell or share visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Hosting and security records may be retained according to provider settings and operational needs. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate business record, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Retention periods can vary by record type and jurisdiction.
Private-beta app note
In the current Android private beta, pose analysis, video processing and clip storage happen on the device. This statement describes the present beta architecture and may not describe future optional services. Before a public iOS or Android release, we will publish app-specific disclosures covering the final data flows, permissions, retention, deletion, accounts and any cloud or model-training features that are actually offered.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to email us or include optional information. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability for personal information we control. We may need to verify a request and may retain information when the law permits or requires it.
To make a privacy request, email hello@golfdaddy.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject. Please do not email sensitive swing videos, health information, payment credentials or government identifiers.
Children
This marketing site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use it to collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request review and deletion.
International visitors
The website and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Data-protection rules may differ across those locations. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards should be used by the relevant service providers and controller.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the site and public app evolve. The revised date above will identify the current version. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site when appropriate.
