By accessing or using golfdaddy.ai, you agree to these Website Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site. “GolfDaddy Labs,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the publisher of this site and GolfDaddy AI.

What this site provides

This site provides product information, training education, research principles and contact links for GolfDaddy AI. The Android app is in private beta. Public iOS and Android availability is planned by September 7, 2026 as an outer bound and may arrive sooner, but plans, interfaces, device support and feature scope can change before release.

Nothing on this site is an app-store listing, purchase offer, performance warranty, hardware specification or promise that a planned feature will ship. Verified store links and final platform details will be published when available.

Acceptable use

You may view and share links to this public site for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not:

• interfere with, overload, probe or bypass the security of the site or its infrastructure;
• use automated access in a way that violates applicable law, ignores access controls or materially disrupts the service;
• impersonate GolfDaddy Labs, misrepresent an affiliation or use the site to deceive others;
• copy, modify or distribute protected site content except as allowed by law or written permission; or
• use the site in connection with unlawful, harmful or infringing activity.

Golf training and safety

Content on this site and camera-based feedback from the product are for general golf-training information. They are not medical, physical-therapy or professional diagnostic advice. Golf swings, practice areas and training equipment can create risk of injury or property damage. Use adequate space, inspect your surroundings, follow facility rules, stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and seek qualified advice when appropriate.

A camera-derived observation is not a complete measurement of biomechanics, forces, club delivery or ball flight. The current app is not a launch monitor. Sample screens and values are illustrative unless explicitly identified as a validated public result.

Intellectual property

The site design, original text, graphics, software, logos and other materials are owned by GolfDaddy Labs or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership. Product and company names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Requests for permission can be sent to hello@golfdaddy.ai.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to social platforms, email providers, future app stores or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make us responsible for their content, availability, security or conduct.

Feedback and messages

If you send ideas, bug reports or other feedback, you give us permission to use that feedback to evaluate and improve our products without an obligation to compensate you. You keep ownership of any original material you submit. Do not send confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it as confidential.

Availability and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, a particular search ranking, compatibility with every device or that future plans will be completed on a particular date. We may correct, suspend, change or remove site content at any time.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolfDaddy Labs and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this marketing site. Any direct liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid specifically to use this website during the prior twelve months or US $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the site and product change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, providers or legal rights.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms will continue.
